Jackelyn Moran
FOUNDER/EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
I strive to use my skills to impact the world in a positive way. More technically, I am a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) residing in Saint Clairsville, Ohio. I have worked with individuals with autism, intellectual & developmental disabilities, and mental health diagnoses for the past 17 years.
Prior to opening Valley Behavioral Health, I served as the Autism Director & Program Director for a large behavioral health organization. In that role, I realized the need for a small, local provider focused on quality of services for this community.
I have perviously served as the project manager for a grant-funded program to develop a better system of treatment and support for individuals with autism in Pennsylvania, where I lead the design, development, and implementation of this program. I have also served on the Executive Council for the Pennsylvania Association of Behavior Analysis (PennABA).
I am striving for the dissemination of effective treatments for individuals in need in the Ohio Valley. I hope to educate parents and community members in order to provide the best support to the growing population of individuals with autism and related needs.
In my free time, I love spending time with my family, learning, and enjoying the outdoors.

Blair Hamilton
BCBA
I graduated from Ohio University in 2019 with an undergraduate degree in Exercise Physiology. In college, I had planned to work towards becoming an Occupational Therapist. After getting a part-time job at an Applied Behavior Analysis center and obtaining my RBT certification, I realized how much I enjoyed working in the field of ABA. Immediately after earning my RBT certification, COVID hit and the center I was working for temporarily shut down. During this time, I began to research my options to work towards becoming a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. Ball State University felt like the best fit and within a couple months I began their intensive online program. Over the course of the next 14 months, I completed my Master’s Program and completed the necessary hours needed to be eligible to sit for the BCBA exam. I passed my BCBA exam in November of 2021. My favorite thing about working in this field is the flexibility, individualized programming and the constant need for obtaining new knowledge. I love coming to work and knowing ‘play’ is part of my job description. In my free time, I love spending time with my husband, 3 sons, 3 dogs and 2 birds! I enjoy camping, a good book and supporting my kids in all their sports and activities. I’m a very active person and I’m always willing to try something new and get out of my comfort zone.

Madison Booth
BCBA
I graduated from Wheeling Jesuit University in 2018 with an undergraduate degree in Psychology. Throughout college I had no idea what I wanted to do with my life. I ended up switching my major from biology to psychology, and had enough credits to minor in both biology and chemistry! My senior year I completed an internship in the field of ABA. This internship sparked my interest in learning more about what exactly a career in behavior analysis would entail. I looked at several programs, but Penn State’s online option was the best fit for me. I was able to gain experience hours working in the field, as well as complete my degree at the same.
In 2019 I received my masters degree in Special Education, with an emphasis in Applied Behavior Analysis. Even then, my learning wasn’t (and still isn’t) over. I had to complete my experience hours, learning how to become a BCBA through studying terminology, directly working with clients, and learning all I could from Jackie. I passed my BCBA exam in November 2020.
When I’m not working I enjoy spending time with my family, cuddling my cat Oliver, and drinking waaay too much coffee. I am an extremely organized and determined individual. I also love to learn, which makes me believe the field of behavior analysis is where I’m meant to be – it is always changing, and there are always opportunities to learn something new!

During his deployment, I took the opportunity to reflect on my long-term career goals. While working in the school system, I was introduced to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and became deeply inspired by its potential to create meaningful growth for individuals across the lifespan. Motivated by this passion, I enrolled in the University of Dayton’s Master’s program in Applied Behavior Analysis, completing my degree in 2024.
Throughout my professional experience, I have had the privilege of working with individuals ranging in age from 18 months to 21 years. This broad experience has strengthened my expertise and allowed me to develop creative, individualized interventions to best meet each client’s needs. I value that my work combines both play and purpose. Each session is engaging and enjoyable while focusing on the development of essential skills.
In my free time I love to spend it with my husband and 2 daughters. We enjoy hanging out by the fire pit, building things around the house and exploring the area.
